The map, created with Roberto Innocenti, shows Florence from an axonometric perspective. It was up and placed in all the cityÂ’s major piazzas, guiding visitors through the maze of Florence like AriadneÂ’s thread, identifying its streets and buildings. Its creation formed part of the initiatives of the Florence city council for the great Jubilee of the year 2000, and is still used today by the many visitors who come to Florence every year.
